 The Organizational Behaviorist with a passion for Communication!

Originally from Miami, FL, Janet grew up in Northern Virginia where she began her career as a dental receptionist in 1998.  Quickly falling in-love with the field, she successfully pursued her passion for helping others while at work by taking advantage of every learning opportunity that presented itself. With many mentors along the way, she mastered business, clinical duties, and spent many years as a successful Practice Administrator before becoming a dedicated Practice Management Coach. 

She earned her degree in Industrial Organizational Behavior and Business Communication at the prestigious Rollins College of Winter Park, FL. Janet has been awarded Fellowship distinction with the American Association of Dental Office Management -AADOM,  and is a proud member of both the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners -ACFE, and the Academy of Dental Management Consultants-ADMC.

As a recognized Organizational Behaviorist and Practice Management expert, today she partners with private practices to identify and close operational gaps that are financially impacting their bottom line.
