Having spent her entire adult life in Dentistry, Janet Velazquez, owner of JV Practice Solutions, found her passion for the Business side of dentistry during the global financial crisis of 2008 when she partnered with a general Dentist to open a startup in the middle of a recession. During this time, she learned the tangible importance of intentional frameworks within the business and the financial impacts that these systems have on practice success. Today, she continues to help businesses fine tune the many operational systems required in developing profitable, high performing organizations in an ever-changing market.
Janet’s educational journey includes a degree in Organizational Behavior, Leadership and Business Communication from the prestigious Rollins College of Winter Park, FL. She also holds Fellowship distinction with the American Association of Dental Office Management -AADOM,is a vetted member of the Academy of Dental Management Consultants-ADMC, and is a proud part of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners -ACFE community where she aims to continue helping Business Owners add a layer of support that helps safeguard against employee theft.
Soon, she is excited to compliment her repertoire further by adding an Executive MBA to her toolbox from the Crummer Graduate School of Business in Winter Park, FL.
